Spacious open concept with fully equipped kitchen, Keurig/coffee maker, a dining room table that seats six, master bedroom with an adjustable king bed and full ensuite bath, TV and free Netflix, plus a second bedroom with a full bed and a twin bed, a full ensuite bath, Smart TV and free Netflix, plus a comfy Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. We supply the Keurig coffee pods, creamer, and sugar/sweetener to get you started on your first morning. Beach supplies are included in your stay! This condo is on the ground floor. No stairs to climb, no elevator to take.
3 Pools:
1. Outdoor directly behind the condo open seasonally.
2. Outdoor across the parking lot open seasonally.
3. Indoor a few minutes walk from the condo open all year around.
Steamer Rather Than Clothing Iron: We have checked the box that there is an iron; however, instead, we provide a steamer (not an iron) as we find guests prefer it as it is easier and faster to use and does a better job.
Trip Insurance: We HIGHLY recommend trip insurance, especially during hurricane season. We are unable to provide a refund due to storms, hurricanes, illness, COVID, etc.
Occupancy: Maximum six adults. However, this condo sleeps 4 adults comfortably. With the use of the sofa bed, each additional guest over 4 adults, and up to six adults, is charged a nightly rate of $25.00 per person per night due to additional cleaning and laundering of linens and towels.
Natural to the Area: Please be aware that South Carolina’s natural environment, especially in areas with Palmetto trees, may include the occasional presence of bugs such as palmetto bugs and roaches. These insects are a common occurrence in the region and can be found in various outdoor and sometimes indoor spaces.
We are committed to maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our guests. To that end, we regularly schedule professional pest control treatments in accordance with South Carolina guidelines. Please note that we are unable to provide compensation for the occasional sighting of bugs. While we strive to minimize their presence, it is important to understand that they are a natural part of the local ecosystem.
