We are thrilled to share our newly renovated Pawleys Island beach house.
We truly hope you will love it as much as we do! The whole group will enjoy this spacious house centrally located 5 min from the beach and just a few minutes away from several golf courses, bars restaurants and grocery stores. The indoor 16×32 pool and entertainment room with shuffleboard and 75” TV are just perfect for those rainy days or in between beach and activities hours. Only 30min away from Myrtle Beach airport!!
The Space
This is a newly renovated 3,000sq house with 2 living areas, 4 bedrooms, indoor pool and 3 bathrooms.
Complimentary 500Mbps Wi-Fi, Youtube cable and a washer/dryer are included.
LIVING AREAS & KITCHEN
First living area is an open layout consisting of a living room with a 75″ smart TV, a dining room that sits 6, a fully equipped kitchen with an island for prep space and seating for 4.
Second living area is set up as an entertainment room with a 75″ smart TV, a 9ft shuffleboard and lots of board games.
BED & BATH
This house accommodates up to 10 guests.
1st bedroom is the master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom and a smart TV.
2nd bedroom includes a queen size bed, en suite bathroom and a smart tv.
3rd bedroom (smallest in size) holds a queen size bed.
4th bedroom with two twin over twin bunkbeds.
The two of the 3 bathrooms have walk-in shower and the 3rd one has a tub/shower combination.
INDOOR POOL
The 16×32 indoor heated and salt water swimming pool with a 65″ smart TV and sitting area it’s just the perfect retreat for rainy days and for a break from those extremely hot days at the beach.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire property.

Welcome to Pawleys Landing! Located only a few minutes away from Highway 17, a short 5 minutes from public beach access and golf cart can be taken to beach without getting on any major roads.
Golfers will appreciate the enviable proximity to scenic courses like Caledonia, True Blue and Pawley’s Plantation.
2min walk from 2 big grocery stores, nail salon and couple of restaurants.
Find iconic South Carolina shopping at Hammock Shops Village, located 2 miles from your rental.
Golf cart rentals are available at Pawleys Island Golf and Bike rentals are available at Pawleys Island Beach Service.
Pick Up and Delivery Service available.

Other things to note
DOG FRIENDLY
We invite you to bring the whole family to our dog friendly home. The back yard is only half fenced in. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their dog. Guests bringing a dog must make it known at the time of booking and will be required to pay a non-refundable $250 dog fee.
ATTENTION PLEASE dogs are not allowed in the furniture. We must charge double cleaning fee if we find hair in the furniture.
Unfortunately, we do NOT allow cats.
Getting Around
Parking is available for 6 cars — all in the driveway. You are welcome to park your boat in the driveway as well.
